CJ & JF
We reached a difficult crossroads in our marriage and knew we needed support to help us navigate it together. Amanda was enormously helpful throughout that process. She created a safe, supportive space for both of us, remaining thoughtful and neutral while helping us better understand each other and work through difficult conversations. With her guidance, we’ve become better communicators, more understanding partners, and ultimately stronger as a couple. We’re incredibly grateful for the perspective, tools, and support Amanda gave us during an important and challenging chapter in our marriage.
R&L
Amanda has worked with us to heal a betrayal and I never thought I would say this but we are closer now that we were before the affair. It required us to dig deep and learn about our own emotional tapestries and our dynamic over 20 years that led to this occurring. Thank you so much.
Jess & Jovi
Thank you Amanda for the kindness and patience you have shown in your work. We came to Amanda feeling like we were stuck, helpless, and no way moving forward. Amanda gave us the opportunity to reconnect, to see each other on a deeper level and sit with our own truths. Through curiosity and understanding therapy with Amanda made us rediscover our connection as a couple but also helped us understand our own conflict cycles and how they turn up in our relationship. We are now engaged and use what we learnt with Amanda every day in our relationship! Thank you Amanda.
T&B
We’ve found our sessions with you very helpful and supportive. You create a warm and comfortable space where we both feel able to talk openly and feel heard. The sessions have helped us understand each other better, communicate more thoughtfully, and work through things together rather than against each other. We feel our relationship has strengthened through the work we’ve done with you, and we’re very grateful for your guidance and support.

After each session with Daniela I felt lighter, liberated from barriers that have impeded me. I've discovered new possibilities, embracing the hope that comes with conscious attention to how I move through the world. Daniela's training in both body-centred and cognitive therapy, as well as her calm and gentle manner, ensured I felt skilfully and compassionately met, exactly where I was in that moment. I felt safely held as she accompanied me on journeys to forgotten corners of my past, noticing how those experiences have shaped me, and how I can now choose a more self-compassionate, intentional path.
Sara
Daniela is one of those rare therapists you always hope to find. She has a beautiful approach, letting each session naturally unfurl in an incredibly safe and supportive way. Her approach has unlocked some incredible insight into my emotional patterns, and I leave each session feel calm and hopeful.
Paul
Daniela is both a friend and a fellow therapist, and I deeply admire her authentic, heart-centred approach to life and her work. Her practice feels truly embodied, and her insights come from a place of genuine experience. Highly recommend.
Allie
Daniela is an incredibly talented practitioner. She helped me understand where some of my emotional blocks were coming from, why they show up the way they do and how to be with them, learn from them and move beyond them. I can’t recommend Daniela and Body Mind Conversations enough!
Chiara
Daniela is such an incredible therapist who shifts your energy as soon as she walks into the room with her calming presence. Her sessions are not just a momentary quick-fix, instead, they empower you and teach you tools to take with you for life. I had many potent moments with her where she taught me new ways of somatically moving through different emotions that I still use today. Thank you Daniela for being such a beautiful pillar of support and for allowing my relationship with my own body to deepen in the most delicious ways.

Sarina is an absolute angel of a human, and also an incredibly skilled Clinical EFT practitioner. Working with her this year has been one of the best investments I've ever made in my wellbeing and her toolkit - in combination with her gentle, safe energy - has allowed me to quantum leap (in the softest, loveliest way) through my own specific challenges and I recommend *many* of my clients to her as what she does is such a powerful way to support the body, mind and heart to heal.
Anonymous
Sarina is a brilliant practitioner. I got so much out of my sessions with her with EFT and helping to move past a traumatic time. She is caring, gentle and holds space so well.
Katie
Alice creates a space that feels genuinely safe and judgement free. Her sessions are grounding and transformative.
J & D
We highly recommend Alice. Her sessions are practical, fun and create a safe space for both people.

Daniela Cristofaro

Somatic Psychotherapist, Somatic Sexologist and Trauma Therapist

Daniela Cristofaro (she/her) is a Somatic Psychotherapist, Sexologist and Trauma Therapist. She holds a Master of Counselling, a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology, a Certificate in Sexological Bodywork, and is trained in Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy and Somatic Sexology.

Daniela’s work is grounded in the understanding that many emotional struggles, relationship patterns and ways of coping are adaptations to our life experiences. Through mindful, body-centred psychotherapy, she helps clients gently explore the deeper beliefs and embodied patterns shaping their reactions, relationships and sense of self. Rather than viewing protective responses as something wrong, Daniela approaches them with curiosity and compassion. She supports clients to develop greater safety, regulation, self-understanding and choice, creating opportunities for difficult experiences to be processed and integrated and for new ways of being to emerge.

Daniela works with individuals and couples experiencing relationship difficulties, sexuality-related challenges, complex trauma, anxiety, attachment wounds, nervous-system dysregulation, PTSD, body-image concerns, shame and emotional overwhelm. Her approach is particularly suited to people who feel stuck, disconnected or ready for a more embodied way of working. She also supports people to explore desire, shutdown, boundaries, relational dynamics and the ways trauma, attachment and past experiences can shape intimacy and access to pleasure.

Known for her warm, grounded and deeply present approach, Daniela’s work is culturally sensitive, neuro-affirming, gender-inclusive and sex-positive. She offers a therapeutic space where clients can slow down, reconnect and discover new ways of relating to their inner world, their bodies and the people around them.

There are no silly questions.
How do I get started?

Finding the right person for you is incredibly important. Start by booking a free 15-minute consultation. This gives you the opportunity to ask questions, start to feel comfortable, and check you’re matched with the right practitioner.

You can also book an introductory 90-minute session to experience the work before committing to working together.

After your first session and intake form, we will chat you through potential next steps with no obligation to continue.

This process allows you to explore your options confidently and at your own pace.

Who could benefit from mental health support?

In our opinion? Everyone!

Life has its ups and downs, and it’s healthy to get support when you need it.

Whether that’s unpacking old wounds, navigating a stressful situation, or one-off support, you don’t need to do it alone.

What do sessions involve?

Our sessions provide an expert-led, safe environment to help you live a more joyful, safe, confident and connected life - whatever that means for you.

Every session is client-led and tailored specifically to you. Each practitioner brings their own unique training and specialties, ensuring a personalised experience.

If you’re not sure which practitioner is right for you, book in a free consult.

What are your fees?

Fees vary depending on the service and practitioner.

Please refer to our “Meet the Team” page for a full list of consultation fees.

How many sessions should I book?

Begin with a free 15-minute consultation to help you feel safe and ensure the fit feels right for you.

Everyone’s journey is different, and there is no set number of sessions we recommend.

Most people start with an intake 90 minute session first, and then at the end of this session we chat you through next steps.

Most people decide to book in bundles of 4 or 8 sessions but there is no obligation to do so. It’s your journey!

How do I book?

You can book your introductory call, a one-off session or book a bundle of 8 or 8 sessions via our booking page.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

No problem! Please give us 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. You may move your appointment within 90 days at no additional cost.

Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours incur the full session fee.

To reschedule, email hello@bedrockclinic.com.au.

Do you offer online and in-person sessions?

Yes — sessions are available both online and in person, depending on availability.

You can select your preferred format during the booking process.
