HOW IT WORKS:

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Working 1:1 with a trusted practitioner, sessions are 75 minutes in length. After an initial consultation, we will build a roadmap based on your individual experiences, concerns and goals that will guide our future sessions.
Our clinical EFT therapist will guide you to tap with your fingertips on a sequence of points on your body - such as face, head, and upper body.
We meet you exactly where you’re at and only move at a pace that feels safe and comfortable for your body. We hold a space free of judgement and offer you practical take home tools to provide ongoing nervous system support. In a session, we explore your current challenges—physical, mental, and emotional—as well as your life experiences. We combine elements of talk therapy with tapping on specific acupressure points across the body to reduce the physical and mental impact of these challenges.
Sessions focus on addressing the root cause, so you can move beyond coping and experience deep, lasting healing. Mindfulness, somatic practices, education, and tapping help you move out of your head and fully into your body.
Every session is 100% client-led, tailored to your unique goals and challenges.

Yes, absolutely. EFT often works beautifully alongside talk therapy. While talking helps you understand your experiences, EFT helps your body respond differently to them. Many people use EFT alongside therapy to feel calmer, less overwhelmed, and more grounded in daily life
This depends on your life experiences and what you’re wanting support with. Some people notice small shifts after one session. For deeper or long-standing patterns, most people benefit from a series of sessions so things can unfold slowly and safely. As a general guide, 3–6 sessions allows time for trust, safety, and real change to build.

Many people worry that if they let themselves feel, it will be too intense or they won’t be able to cope. We never rush into emotions. We move slowly and carefully, helping you learn that you can feel — without falling apart or being overwhelmed. The goal isn’t to flood you with emotion. It’s to help you feel a little more, safely, over time.

This depends on your schedule and goals, but we usually recommend every 1-2 weeks.
You are tapping on the acupressure points across your own body.
I will often mirror you and during an initial consultation ensure you feel comfortable and familiar with their location across your upper body.
That's completely normal and understandable. Talking about your painful experiences and emotions can be really challenging. We will do everything we can to make you feel safe and comfortable, and we will go at whatever pace works for you.

We always work at a pace that feels safe and comfortable for you.
No problem! If you can't make an appointment and need to reschedule we need at least 48 hours notice. You can rearrange a new time within the next 90 days from the date of the original session at no extra cost. Please note if you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, the full session fee will apply.

Please note all sessions (including bundles and course programs) are non-refundable, and we do not issue refunds if you change your mind.
You have 6 months to complete bundles from the date of the first appointment. If the 6 month time frame lapses, the remaining sessions are void and are also non-refundable.
Yes, all sessions can be done either online or in-person depending on availability.
